The trip to the island is easy, as it is serviced by frequent ferry and flying dolphin crossings from the ports of Kavala and Keramoti. The airport of Chryssoupolis is only a 15 min drive from Keramoti port and the Ferry crossing to Thassos Town is approximately 35 min.
Thassos Town, locally known as Limenas is the capitol of Thassos Island and it is built around a bustling fishing harbor. Limenas is full of character with a wide selection of shops, and taverns.
